Eligibility for Refund

You may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Corrupted or Faulty File: If you purchase an AI-generated image and discover upon downloading that the file is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be accessed properly.
  • Unused Purchase: If you have not downloaded or accessed the purchased image and submit your refund request within 14 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Preference: If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the product, refunds will not typically be issued. However, we may consider issuing store credit or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
  • Accessed or Downloaded Products: Refunds will not be granted if you have already downloaded or accessed the purchased file and it is in working condition.
  • Expired Requests: Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period following the purchase date will not be considered eligible.

Refund Review and Processing

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method you used (e.g., credit/debit card). Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment processor’s policies and could take several business days to reflect in your account.

Alternative Resolutions

If a refund cannot be issued but you remain dissatisfied, we may offer the following alternatives:

  • An exchange for another AI-generated image of similar or equal value.
  • Store credit that can be applied toward future purchases.
